Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of resources and activites, all designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our blue, yellow and red gyms provide lots of options for your rentals, including court sport competions, markets, birthdays, and fitness classes.
Aquatics Centre

Includes a 6-lane lap pool with accessible access, leisure pool, lazy river, hot tub, sauna, steam room and more.
Pool Classroom

Located next to the aquatics centre, this classroom is perfect for swim lesson, certification, training and more.
