Drop-In Aquatics & Swimming Information

Entry to the Aquatics Centre is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Online bookings are no longer necessary.
All members and guests may be subject to wait times should capacity reach it’s maximum. Peak times will be labelled on the drop-in schedule for your convenience.
When the pools are at capacity, our West Guest Services will take your contact information and notify you when space becomes available.
Please note the change in number of lanes available during Swim Club
The Hot Tub is now open everyday, with the exception of 1 hour prior to facility closure every Saturday for cleaning.
The Sauna and Steam Room will open very soon!
The schedule is subject to change, will change from week to week as we work to understand your needs
Leisure Pool: 2 X 25 m lanes; lazy river area, beach entry, and deep end with the climbing wall and basketball net.
Lane Pool: 6 X 25m lanes with an accessible ramp.

Bouldering Wall:

Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 11:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stat Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Bouldering Wall will be open for public use during our regular operational hours listed above (Please note these times may be interupted by registered programs beginning January 2024).

Climbing Wall:

Tuesday: 6:30 – 9:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 2:00 – 4:00 PM

The Climbing Wall will be open for public use and staffed for your assitance during the times listed above.

Drop-In Schedule for Group Fitness Classes

For the safety and well-being of guests, we want to ensure everyone is warmed up and ready for class with the proper information, latecomers disturb this process and the experience for the other guests. Class goers are asked to arrive no later than 5 minutes before class.

Indoor Park Drop-In Times

The Indoor Park is open for play during our regular business hours with exception to the closure times listed below.

Indoor Park Closures:

There are no closures at this time.

Drop-in Terms & Conditions

Clean indoor shoes are required.
All clothing must always remain on participants for all activities (including shirts and jerseys).
All participants are required to check in at the East Guest Services Desk for drop-in activities. Photo ID is required.
Participants should remain in the same sport/gym/arena that they signed into. If a participant would like to change activites, please inform Guest Services.
Group fitness class attendees must arrive 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time.
No food or drink permitted in the gymnasiums and fitness centre with the exception of water.

Members Can Register for Court Activities Online! How It Works:

– Create an account on our Online Guest Portal.
– Become a member by purchasing either a pre-paid annual (your best value!) or continuous membership either at the Guest Services desk or in our online portal.
– Find the drop-in activity that fits your schedule from our selection of court sports/skating and group fitness.
– Drop-in court activities are free with your membership
– Maximum one and a half hours of booking per day

Online Guest Portal

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR YOUR DROP-IN ACTIVITY:

– Log into your portal
– Click on the “Group Fitness” tab
– Once the Group Fitness” tab comes up, please select “Fitness & Training” under the location option and press search.
– Find the day and time that you are interested in and click “register” (Please note, if you do not show for three (3) bookings within a one-week period, you will not be able to register for drop-in court sports for one month from the third no-show date)
– Follow the on-screen instructions to register for the program
– Arrive at Vivo Centre 15-10 mins early and check-in with Guest Services once you arrive. Our team will direct you to your drop-in location.

Pool and gymnasium users will be given a 30 min buffer to change and depart, prior to area closure. Pool hours may differ. Private events and bookins may be outside of these hours.
