Terms & Conditions

VIVO REVIVE (the “Contest”) you must complete the challenge by following the instructions and completing weight, measurements and pictures before contest start, mid way and final 2 days of the contest. Limit of one (1) entry per individual per day. Contest starts at time and date stated on CONTEST PAGE and closes on time and date stated on contest page (the “Contest Period”). There is one (1) grand prizes (the “Prize”) and 2 follow up prizes to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
To enter and to be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident of Alberta and [be eighteen (18) years of age or older]. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsors, their respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter.
Prize – There is three (3) prizes consisting of prizes outlined in contest details. Approximate retail value of Prize #1 is: $1150.00 Prize #2 is: $500 Prize #3 is: $150
Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Rules.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Contest Organizers for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. Contest Organizers will not sell or transmit this information to third parties. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of the Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Contest Organizers and or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Registration Instructions

There are two ways to sign up for the Revive challenge:

1. In- Person:

Visit us at Vivo Centre during our regular business and a member from our Guest Services team will be happy to get you registered. Please bring your ID or membership card. We are located at 11950 Country Village Link NE Calgary, Alberta

2. To Register Online:

Visit our Guest Portal and sign in or create a free guest account
Once logged in click on the navigation drop-down menu to access “Memberships & Admissions”
Select Vivo as your facility. This will take you to the “Select Pass Type” page
Scroll down to find the “12 week Revive Challenge” pass. If you are a Vivo member please selection “12 week Revive Challenge – Member”
Add your selected pass to your account and complete payment online
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details
