Employees are provided with the necessary training to protect themselves, as well as colleagues, customers, property and the overall work environment from unforeseen injury, occupational illness and loss. Managers and/or supervisors deliver mandatory, position related Health and Safety training prior to, or on the first day of employment.
In addition, each team member takes responsibility for ensuring they have obtained the following certifications, and achieved a passing grade in programs and exams (as applicable), before commencing job related functions.
