Offering both shallow and deep water aquafit classes, Vivo has you covered! Both deep and shallow water will be led by an instructor and done to music. Deep water aquafit will be with belts and potentially tethered as well. Our instructors will prescribe fun and challenging exercises to challenge your strength and cardiovascular systems while using the resistance and buoyancy of the water.
