Eligibility:
The Vivo Summer Camp Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) is open to legal residents of Calgary, Alberta, aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Vivo for Healthier Generations (hereinafter referred to as “Vivo”), EFS Clean, and their immediate family members.
Entry Period:
- The Contest begins on May 1, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends on May 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. MT. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
- To enter the Contest, participants must share their personal story of why their child or someone they know should get a free week of camp experiences via https://www.vivo.ca.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Prize:
- The prize consists of one (1) of eight (8) free enrollment for a summer camp program at Vivo, courtesy of EFS Clean. The specifics of the camp session (date, duration, activities) will be determined by Vivo and communicated to the winner.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected by members of the Vivo and EFS Clean teams, based on a matrix of criteria, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- The criteria to be selected may include but are not limited to creativity, financial need, accessibility, diversity and inclusion aspects.
- The winner will be notified via email within 21 days of the end of the Entry Period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, another winner will be selected, at the discretion of the Vivo team.
Publicity:
- By entering the Contest, participants agree to the use of their name and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions:
- Vivo and EFS Clean reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Vivo and EFS Clean in their sole discretion.
- Vivo and EFS Clean are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Vivo, EFS Clean, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies, as well as the directors, officers, employees, and agents of each, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Governing Law:
- The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
Privacy Policy:
- Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and fulfilling the prize and will be handled in accordance with Vivo’s and EFS Clean’s privacy policies.
