Move your body and bond with your baby in this 45 min class designed to improve your flexibility and strengthen all while meeting other parents. Classes are a relaxed atmosphere allowing you to tend to your baby’s needs. Please feel free to bring a comfy blanket for your baby to lay on with any toys they may require.

*Please note, participants should have postpartum clearance and consult their physician before coming to class.
