Terms & Conditions

The V.I.V.O. (Valued Investment and Vital Operations) Fee of $75 will apply to all NEW memberships as of November 1st, 2023. The re-introduction of what was formerly known as the Community Investment Fee, now called the V.I.V.O. Fee (Vital Investment and Valued Operations Fee) that will be introduced on all membership purchases. This fee of $75 on all prepaid annual and continuous memberships, including subsidized memberships, will be implemented to help cover the costs associated with payment processing and ongoing improvements within our organization. The fee will go into effect November 1, 2023, and be charged at the time of purchase, one-time, during the life of the membership. If a membership lapses, and is not resumed within 60 days, the V.I.V.O. Fee will be applicable.The re-introduction of the V.I.V.O. Fee will enable us to streamline payment processing procedures and invest in continuous improvements to enhance your overall experience. These improvements may include upgrading our systems, implementing new technologies, and optimizing our services to better serve you.
Please note that membership and admission prices are subject to GST except Youth and Child.
Refunds are not provided for facility closures on STAT days, due to maintenance, or for non-usage.
Term memberships (prepaid annual individual and household passes, 10X pass) have an expiry of 1 year.
Credits on account are non-refundable and must be used towards a Vivo offering.
Refunds of credits are only granted for medical reasons with a valid medical note, or for job relocation out of the city and cannot be processed for an account that is not yours. A $30 administrative fee applies for relocation. Proof of relocation is required. Other refunds due to unforeseen circumstances will be on a case-by-case basis and will have the $30 administration fee charged
