Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes who are well versed in all different lifting techniques (olympic and power). Format of the class will start each class with a strength portion consisting of barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell work, followed by a cardio/strength workout in the form of a WOD / EMOM or AMRAP (Ages 18 +)


  • Vivo members: Complimentary class access, including online registration
  • Non-Members: $18 per adult, not including online registration privileges
