Our new online guest portal has undergone some upgrades. It’s now easier than ever to book and register for all your favourite activities conveniently in one spot.
- Register for programs such as Summer Camp, Preschool, Childcare and Skating Lessons
- Book meeting spaces, arenas and other facilities
- Update your personal and payment information

And the best part is that you can do it wherever and whenever it’s most convenient for you!
New to the portal?
If you are an existing Vivo Member or have visited us before:
- Go to Login/Create Profile
- Click Reset Password
- Enter your email address (please use the same email you used to log into the old system)
- Follow the instructions to reset password
- That’s it, you are in!
