Heads up Vivo members and guests! We’ve made some important updates to our Aquatics Centre access system to better serve you. Please take note of the following changes:
- Reservation Changes:
- We have discontinued the option to reserve online bookings to the Leisure & Lane Pools.
- First-Come, First-Served Entry:
- Entry to the Aquatics Centre is now granted on a first-come, first-served basis only.
- Possible Wait Times:
- Please be aware that all members and guests may experience wait times during peak hours if the facility reaches its maximum capacity.
- Peak Times Information:
- Peak times are clearly labeled on our drop-in schedule for your convenience.
- Notification System for Full Capacity:
- When pools are at full capacity, our West Guest Services will collect your contact information.
- We will notify you promptly when space becomes available.
