Vivo and Daughter team up to reimagine the idea of well-being
Vivo for Healthier Generations (“Vivo”) is delighted to announce that Calgary-based Daughter Creative has been selected as the organization’s strategic and creative partner after a competitive review process.
“We loved the fact that the Daughter team saw Vivo as more than a recreational facility,” says Chief Evolution Officer Cynthia Watson. “While our expansion is something we are incredibly proud of, there is a lot more to our charity, and we needed a partner that understood and supported that wider vision. Vivo’s mission is to inspire a holistic mindset for healthy living so that individuals and communities can ignite change to shape healthier generations.”
“That was something that really resonated with our whole team,” says Daughter’s Director of Client Experience Jill Dewes. For Daughter, this win aligns strongly with the agency’s values of working with brands that make a better world.
“We are at an incredibly interesting moment in time where our notions about health are shifting,” says Creative Director and Co-Founder Stephanie Kochorek. “We are beginning to see how well-being doesn’t function on one dimension but on many. Vivo’s space is the physical embodiment of these progressive notions, and their social innovation arm is the avenue through which we’ll share them with the world.”
Daughter will lead the Vivo account, driving strategy and partnering with local experts like Lemonade Brand Strategies, and web development agency Nerder to integrate new technology that will improve the customer experience. With creative and brand work for Bow Valley College, Parks Canada, Calgary Health Foundation, Calgary Co-op, Calgary Foundation, and the new Calgary Cancer Centre in their portfolio, Daughter has developed a reputation for creative collaboration, and award-winning work.
The two organizations will work together over the coming years to ensure the Vivo brand is clear and compelling, to provide channels for sharing Vivo’s vision, and to celebrate the opening of the expanded facility in 2023.
