Renew within 60 days to avoid the V.I.V.O. Fee:
If your membership is ending soon, you have the opportunity to renew within 60 days without incurring the V.I.V.O. Fee. Simply renew in-person at Vivo Centre to waive the fee. For online renewals within 60 days, the $75 fee will be initially charged, but rest assured, we’ll reimburse it during your next visit. To streamline the process, please visit our East Guest Services desk for membership renewals within 60 days of expiration.
Please note, if your membership has been expired for more than 60 days, purchasing a new membership will be necessary, with the V.I.V.O. Fee applied.
