Sports Performance Coaching

Sundays from 8:00 – 9:00 AM

Ages: 12 – 18
Designed for anyone under the age of 18 who would like to hone their skills in specific sports, allowing them to train better, move faster, and get stronger

Kickboxing
July 19 – Aug 23, 2023
Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30PM
Instructor: Armela
Ages: 18+
Learn the basics of kickboxing, stance, strikes, kicks and all the fun stuff that goes with it!
