Small Group

Need the extra push on accountability? Do you love working out with your friends, partner or spouse?  Join our small group training and have the best of both worlds This personal training session with 2 to 3 participants per group and a certified personal trainer fitness professional (CPTFP) will have all participants assessed and training together. Each participant will receive their own InBody tests completed by the trainer. One fitness program will be written and shared between the participants. Monthly rates are discounted based on the amount of participants and number of sessions purchased. One month Includes 2 in person sessions per week with a trainer and 2 days of programming (to be completed by the group with no trainer) per week.

Important Note:  The adult introductory assessment is required for each group member at a rate of $45 per person (15% discount for members). The assessments include a full in-depth consultation and InBody scan with the certified personal trainer fitness professional (CPTFP). Each person will receive their own assessment, and the CPTFP will provide one fitness program to be shared between all group participants..
