Vivo proudly presents Community Classes, open to everyone through a donation of any amount to our Everybody Plays initiative! Held on the third Sunday of each month, this inclusive approach ensures that everyone can participate by contributing an amount of their choice.
March’s Community Class is set to take place on Sunday March 17, 2024 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, featuring a Four Leaf Clover Themed FORCE!
Rev up your workout with 45-second bursts of action, followed by quick 10-15 second breaks. Think traditional HIIT, but with a twist! Our instructors bring their creativity to the table, mixing strength and cardio moves with various equipment for optimal results. Perfect for ages 16+ and energetic teens 12+ who have had our Teen Orientation – Learn more about our Youth Fitness Policy HERE.
