We’re happy to share that Vivo’s West Entrance and West Guest Services Desk is available to all guests during regular business hours. *We kindly ask parents to use continue using the East Entrance for summer camp pickups and dropoffs.
Vivo was been impacted by the severe storm in Calgary earlier this week. Your safety is our top priority, and we are working diligently to assess and repair the remaining damage. Please note the current status of our facility and services below. We will provide regular updates as we have more information.
What’s Available:
- *Camps: Please use the East Entrance for pickups and dropoffs. Camp activities will continue in all spaces not affected by the storm.
- Fitness Centre and Group Fitness Classes: Operating as scheduled.
- Gymnasiums: Open for court sport bookings and drop-in activities.
- Aquatics Programs and Activities: Running as normal.
- East & West Entrances: Access through the West Entrance has now fully reopened to all guests.
- East & West Guest Services: Our team is available to assist guests at both our West and East guest services desks during regular business hours.
What’s Affected:
- Climbing Wall: all drop in and programming cancelled until further notice.
- Drop-in Skating and Lessons: This closure is due to an ice plant malfunction, which requires major repairs to be completed before our fall programs begin.
Be aware that you may notice various water leaks throughout the building, please be extra cautious walking around Vivo. We are actively addressing these issues, and while you may experience some changes, you arestill welcome to practice your wellness with us. We appreciate your patienceand understanding as we work to provide a safe and enjoyable environment.
