Starting Monday, October 23, 2023 the East Entrance Guest Services Desk will be the main service desk for Vivo Centre, while our West Guest Services Desk will see some modified hours on weekdays. See below for details. These changes are designed to optimize our operations to our members. Please note there is parking at both entrances for guests.
Monday to Friday:
- East Desk: 5:30 am to 11:00 pm
- West Desk: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday:
- Both East and West Desks: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Statutory Holidays:
- Both East and West Desks: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
