We just wanted to give you a heads-up: our East and West elevators have been getting a bit of a facelift, and we know it hasn’t been the smoothest ride for you. We’re really sorry for any hiccups this has caused to your guest experience.
The good news? We’re in the final stretch! Some finishing touches and inspections are still needed before these elevators are ready to whisk you away again. So, they’ll be out of service for now and into September while we make sure everything is top-notch.
But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! The freight elevator is up and running, and you can hop on it through the entrances in Fitness or the Indoor Park. If you’re not sure where to find it, just swing by guest services in Fitness or the East service desk, and they’ll point you in the right direction.
For those of you heading to Panther Sports Therapy, the best way to get there is through the west entrance. You can also use the freight elevator at the east entrance if that’s more convenient.
