We are excited to share that the East Elevator will be fully operational as of March 3, 2025. Thank you for your continued patience as we have navigated unexpected delays and hiccups on this repair journey – we appreciate your understanding! We invite you to please use the East Elevator or West Entrance Ramp for facility access while the West Elevator repairs and inspections are being completed.
What you Need to Know:
Now that the East Elevator is fully functional, we will be closing the lower-level doors between the arenas and the climbing wall as of March 3, 2025. This change comes after much consideration and with community safety and security in mind.
How Does this Impact You:
Access to the Aquatics area, Gymnasiums, and the Climbing Wall will shift to the West Guest Services Desk. Entrance to the Indoor Park and Arenas will continue to be at the East Guest Services Desk. The East Guest Services Desk as well as the Indoor Park will be opening at 7am daily with this change.
