Natasha brings more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in Culture & People, with a strong background in people strategy, organizational culture, and employee engagement. She leads all aspects of people practices, including talent and performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and workplace culture, and is known for building practical, values-based approaches that support accountability, engagement, and strong teams.
Her work is informed by a strong understanding of human behaviour, shaped by an M.A. in Counselling Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership. Natasha takes a grounded, people-first approach to leadership, with a focus on psychological safety, inclusion, and well-being. She believes healthy workplace cultures are built through clear expectations, empathy, and consistent leadership, and ensures people practices support Vivo’s mission to ignite a mindset to live for healthier generations.
