Vivo Policies

Please read Vivo’s Policies and Standards of Conduct prior to using the facility.

To reserve this space for your event, email reservations@vivo.ca.
Please show respect for this space and your fellow guests.
Youth ages 10 and over are welcome to play without a guardian.
Guests under 10 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Please remember to bring a lock, and lock your belongings.
Equipment can be rented or borrowed at the Guest Services Desk.
Prebook your court sport experience through our guest portal.
Tops, bottoms, and clean, closed-toe, non-marking shoes required.
No glass, open food, drink or gum.
Selfies are welcome, but photos or recordings of other guests without their consent are not.
No rough play or offensive language/behaviour. Vivo has zero tolerance for violence, abuse, or harassment.
These spaces are thoughtfully designed. Please refrain from moving equipment, bleachers or ping pong tables.
Set up for the next rental may begin 10 minutes before the hour.
Vivo is not responsible for items left unattended.
