Our registered fitness programs are 10-week classes that safely guide you through techniques and movements. With Pre and Post Natal programs for soon-to-be and new mothers, lifting classes for teens and adults and kickboxing and running classes, your commitment to health and wellness starts right here!

Pre-Natal Yoga

Saturdays 9:30 -10:30 a.m.

Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth, and mothering. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as concentration and breath control – invaluable tools during labor and birth. Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity to connect and celebrate your changing body and growing baby. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed.

Post-Natal Yoga

Tuesdays 6:15 – 7:15 p.m.

Yoga, strength, stretching with emphasis on areas of concern for participants. Areas of concern can be targeted or general based on registered participants needs and wants.

Teen Lift

Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Designed for teens under the age of 18 with a desire to learn all different types of lifting techniques (powerlifting and olympic lifting).


Starting Sunday Feb 5 @ 11 AM [1532]

Designed for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to learn the basics of lifting (both powerlifting and olympic lifting).

Tread & Core

Tuesdays 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. [1533]

Learn proper running techniques with half of the class focused on treadmill work and half focusing on core engagement and breathing for running.
