Pre & Post Natal Yoga
April 17 – June 19

Pre and Post Natal Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all of the changes during pregnancy, childbirth, and mothering. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as concentration and breath control – invaluable tools during labor and birth. This yoga class is a wonderful opportunity to connect and celebrate your changing body and growing baby. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed.

Thursdays 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Designed for teens under the age of 18 with a desire to learn all different types of lifting techniques (powerlifting and olympic lifting).

Designed for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to learn the basics of lifting (both powerlifting and olympic lifting).
April 19 – June 21
Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30PM
Learn the basics of kickboxing, stance, strikes, kicks and all the fun stuff that goes with it!
