Experience the exhilarating blend of aerial arts, yoga, Pilates, dance, and other fitness disciplines—performed on a hammock suspended from the Outrace. This dynamic workout challenges gravity, helping you strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness in unique and fun ways. Whether you’re new to aerial fitness or looking to elevate your routine, Aerial Fitness Fusion offers a playful yet effective way to get fit, all while defying expectations and having a blast!
In this playful and supportive class, children will discover how fun and empowering movement can be! Designed to build self-confidence and encourage physical activity, each session helps young participants improve focus, flexibility, and strength through gentle stretching and imaginative play. Students will be guided step by step, with each class building on the last to reinforce skills while promoting joy, mindfulness, and resilience. By maintaining levity in mind, body, and heart, children learn to move with confidence and ease, conquering fears and having fun along the way!
Ease into activity with this postpartum recovery class and enjoy overall health and wellness benefits in the comfort and support of the water. The healing powers of water on muscles and joints assist in quick recovery post-workout, coupled with a soothing environment in which to introduce your baby to the joys of the water. You will enjoy increased strength and agility while bonding with your baby. You will be led through your workout with a combination of children’s rhymes and fun motivational music.
Prerequisites: Child aged 6 to 24 months AND guardian 16+ years old.
This fun, high-energy workout combines 45-second intense exercise bursts with 15-second rests – all with the guidance of an expert instructor. As a guardian, you’ll engage in baby-safe moves, often holding or interacting with your baby, promoting bonding, fitness, and postnatal recovery in a supportive group setting.
Prerequisites: Child Ages 5 months – 2 years; Guardian Ages 16+.
Master the kettlebell swing and reap the benefits from a proper hinge in this 6-week program! You will practice switching hands with figure 8’s, single arm swings, around the worlds and develop grip strength by using bottom-up holds and presses. Expand your kettlebell experience by beginning to explore flows with movement patterns including the swing and gain an introduction to windmills, lateral swings, and double kettlebell swings. You’ll learn the difference between high volume and high-tension swings, all while developing muscle memory to prepare for Kettlebell 102. Kickstart your kettlebell career here!
Now that you have mastered the kettlebell swing, you are ready for the next step in this 6-week program. Now your flows will be more complex and will include cleans and snatches. You will learn to move in all planes of motion with rotation and will include longer intervals, heavier kettlebells, long cycle, and endurance. Explore mobility and core strength with exercises like Turkish get-ups. Be prepared for a challenging workout in this intermediate-level class!
Prerequisites: Age 18+ AND completion of Kettlebells 101.
Embrace your aggressive side and channel your energy into kickboxing – no matter your level! Learn the basics of kickboxing, including stance, strikes, kicks, and all the fun stuff that goes with it!
It’s never too late to learn to lift! With an experienced instructor and supportive group, you will learn the basics of lifting – both powerlifting and Olympic lifting as an over-50 lifter!
Ready to get strong? This class is for you! You will improve your powerlifting and your conditioning. With guidance from an expert instructor, you will focus on intensity and your ability to lift heavy weights. This class is designed for intermediate athletes who have knowledge of weightlifting (powerlifting and Olympic lifting) and love to exercise with intensity.
