New You

New You –With the benefit of expert instruction from our fitness leaders we will work with you to build an activity routine, counsel on nutrition making healthier choices along with and unwavering emotional support. In addition to the program you will have access to the facility for the duration to utilize other drop in experiences as well as structured leadership within our fitness team. This program will be your very own personal journey of physical and mental self-improvement. It will bring about profound changes to your well being which could last a lifetime!

Build on the New You! Experience the joy of progression in this next-level program. Continue to sweat it out with fun, engaging, whole-body cardio and strength workouts plus nutrition workshops to deepen your understanding of fueling your body. Rise to the next level of comradery with your peers who motivate and inspire one another. New you is a prerequisite for this class.
