DROP-IN CLASSES DESCRIPTIONS

Deep Water Aquafit Get your toes wet in the deep end of the pool in this low impact water fitness class. Combine cardio, fat burning and muscle conditioning exercises for an enjoyable full body workout.
Shallow Water Aquafit Get your toes wet with the beginner level, low – impact water fitness class. Combine cardio, fat burning and muscle toning and conditioning exercises for an enjoyable full body workout.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training ! This gives you an all – out training technique which you will give 100% effort through short, quickness’s intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter, sometimes active recovery periods. Pair this up with lower intensity exercises to get a great workout in!
Gentle Fit Level 1 Are you new to Fitness or want to gently improve your strength, endurance, mobility and balance?  This is a class for you.  We will utilize low-impact exercises combined with weights and steps.  Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor. 75% of the class will be seated.  Mobility Devices encouraged.
Spin 30 Are you new to group cycle or been away for awhile? This is the class for you. A shorter class with extra attention from the instructor on bike set up. You will learn how to ride flat road, hills and sprints.
Vinyasa Yoga Transitions in Vinyasa yoga align with breathing, creating a rhythmic flow and the feeling your breath is moving your body. Flowing from one posture to the next in a series of sequences improves cardio, strength, balance, and mindfulness. Stress and anxiety lower. No other yoga comes as close as Vinyasa to achieving an all-round workout and mind-body connection. Great for all levels.
Total Body Work out A one stop total body workout with resistance, cardio intervals, endurance and core strength! A full body workout that will work multiple muscle groups in one go.
Warrior Bootcamp Experience all out muscle building in this innovative weight training class like no other! Get your heart pounding and muscles working hard with the accumulation of exercises that build muscles and amp your fat burning metabolism.
Zumba Zumba is a fitness program involving dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training.
