Our classes are led by expert, certified group fitness instructors who are ready to support your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Drop-In Group Fitness Class Check-In

  • If you are a Vivo member and you have reserved your spot online in advance, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class and check in with the instructor.
  • If you did not reserve your spot, drop-in cards are available 30 minutes prior to class start time from East Guest Services.

HIIT, MIIT & LIIT

FORCE – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Not unlike your traditional HIIT workout, our expert instructors lead you through a workout with a variety of exercises and equipment. You will experience 45 seconds of work with 10 to 15 seconds of rest, alternating between strength and cardio movements.

CONSTRUCT – Medium Intensity Interval Training (MIIT)

Enjoy a full-body workout with a focus on different areas on different days. You will experience a strength-based workout utilizing all types of equipment, from dumbbells, BOSU balls, kettlebells, resistance bands and more. Experience two separate exercises, alternating two times through for each exercise for a minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 1 minute. Get your strength on in a fun, supportive group setting.

FLEX – Low Intensity Interval Training (LIIT)

Slow your workout down and deepen the contraction! FLEX will work your muscles using a slower, full range of motion approach, working both eccentric and concentric muscle contractions. You will move through slow, methodical movements using a weight you can sustain for one motion, taking a minimum of 5 seconds (2-2-1, 2 seconds up to full biceps curls, 2 seconds hold and one second release of curl).

Zumba®

Dance fitness classes that are fun, energetic, and make you feel amazing! Zumba® takes the work out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba® will leave you with boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Perfect for everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on!

Lift weights, dance, and sweat in one class! Zumba + Lift™ combines strength training with fun dance cardio for a full-body workout—No experience needed. Simple moves, low pressure, and high energy!

Yoga

Hatha

Connect body and mind in Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga primarily concerned with mastery of the body, and it is arguably the tradition most familiar to Western culture. Unite your body and mind in this gentle, yet invigorating yoga class. You will enjoy a slower pace with more static holds, leaving class feeling refreshed and connected with your body and mind.

Flow & Restore

Experience a gentle yoga class – perfect for any age or fitness level. To find balance in the body, we need both movement and stillness. During the first half of your class, your instructor will guide you through a slow-paced, gentle flow to warm the body up and de-stress. The second half of the class is deeply relaxing, without any muscle engagement! The support of props will help loosen up the body and melt away tension in both body and mind. Feel at ease and relaxed before leaving class!

Yoga For Strength & Flexibility

Increase your strength and flexibility in the gentle environment of Yoga! Yoga for Strength & Flexibility is based on the sequence of poses in Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. You will build total body strength and increase flexibility and balance at the same time in this combo class.

SURGE - Circuit Training

Experience Circuit Training using a variety of equipment with an expert intructor! Each class will have different circuit and can be completed using both equipment and bodyweight. Equipment that may be used during the circuit training could include: TRX, BOSU, Barbells, Kettlebells, Erg (Rowing Machine), Dumbbells.

Summit Cycling

Summit Cycling – BEATS

Come ready for a dance party-style atmosphere in this 45-minute ride-to-the-beat class. Your instructor will lead you through choreography on the bike and a weight track. It’s a party on the bike! Our highly trained cycle instructors will guide you through proper bike setup, how to use the bike, as well as all technology that goes along with these state-of-the-art bikes. This class will showcase a floor to ceiling projector with individual stats, cycling videos, or music videos. The Technogym “mywellness” app is an excellent option to download prior to coming to class!

Summit Cycling – ENDURANCE 75

Experience an outdoor ride, indoors! This 75-minute class will take you over rolling hills with the ultimate goal of reaching the summit or finish line. Our highly trained cycle instructors will guide you through proper bike setup, how to use the bike, as well as all technology that goes along with these state-of-the-art bike. This class showcases a floor to ceiling projector with individual stats, cycling videos, or music videos. The Technogym “mywellness” app is an excellent option to download prior to coming to class!

Summit Cycling – RIDE

This 45-60 minute class (time is specified in the schedule) combines all the aspects of a ride outdoors, hills, sprints, and attacks – get on your nikes and ride!

Summit Cycling – RIDE 45 / ENDURANCE 75 COMBO

A combo class in which the instructor will offer a combination RIDE / ENDURANCE class, so participants can choose based on time constraints and also how they are feeling. The traditional RIDE 45 will be 45, and then there will be an option to stick around and challenge yourself for an extra 25-ish minutes!

BollyX®

BollyX®

Enjoy this Bollywood-inspired, dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. You’ll have a 50-minute cardio workout, cycling between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX® workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. Embody the infectious energy, expression, and movement of Bollywood.

Get little ones moving and smiling! BollyX® for Kids is the epic dance party where kids can learn fun Bollywood dance moves with friends. We aim to boost confidence and coordination in each little rockstar, one dance at a time!

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, a step, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. Resistance Training for the Older Adult

An introductory to strength training for the older adult (50 +) that includes learning the basics of dumbbells, barbells, and resistance bands. This class is designed for you if you want to feel more confident in the weight room and be able to have the skills and competence to work out on your own.

Aquafit

Deep Water Aquafit

With both shallow and deep water aquafit classes – Vivo has you covered! Both deep and shallow water class are led by an instructor and include energetic music. You will use belts and tethers (somtimes) during deep water aquafit. Your instructors will provide fun and challenging exercises to challenge your strength and cardiovascular abilities while using the resistance and buoyancy of the water.

Shallow Water Aquafit

With both shallow and deep water aquafit classes – Vivo has you covered! Both deep and shallow water class are led by an instructor and include energetic music. In shallow water aquafit you will be able to touch your feet to the bottom of the pool. Our instructors will prescribe fun and challenging exercises to challenge your strength and cardiovascular abilities while using the resistance and buoyancy of the water.

Pilates

Join the Pilates revolution! Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named. Pilates uses a combination of around 50 repetitive exercises to spur muscle exertion. Experience exercises that flow from the “five essentials”: breath, cervical alignment, rib and scapular stabilization, pelvic mobility, and utilization of the transversus abdominis. You will typically repeat each exercise three to five times and deepen your brain-body connection all while refining your muscles and mind!

Chair Strength & Stretch

Enjoy a full-body workout in a low-impact, seated fitness experience. You will focus on increasing your range of motion, improving strength, flexibility, and balance, and focusing on movements that aid in day-to-day activities, along with mindful breathing to support a calm mind and overall well-being. This gentle, accessible class is designed for older adults or those with limited mobility; it is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to ease into a movement practice in a safe and encouraging environment.

Strength & Conditioning

This class is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes who are well versed in all different lifting techniques (olympic and power). Each class will start with a strength portion consisting of barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell work, followed by a cardio / strength workout in the form of a WOD / EMOM or AMRAP.

ABSolute Core

Did you know that your core is much more than six pack abs? And that a strong core prevents injury, relieves lower back pain, and improves posture? Using a variety of equipment you will strengthen your entire core – the muscles deep within the abdominals and back, attaching to the spine or pelvis. This class is great for those looking to strengthen the transversus abdominis, the muscles of the pelvic floor, and the oblique muscles. This class is so much more than sit ups so come prepared to move!

  • Guests aged 10 or older are welcome. An assessment is required for guests ages 10-15.
  • Guests under 18 years must complete a Teen Orientation. Guests 18 and older may have full access.
  • Change rooms are universal, please change in the provided stalls.
  • Remember to bring a lock and lock your belongings.
  • Tops, bottoms, and clean indoor shoes required. No sandals permitted.
  • Please clean equipment before and after use.
  • Please allow others to work in between sets.
  • Please respect the 30-minute limit on cardio equipment during busy times.
  • Please rerack your weights.
  • No outside Personal Trainers or Coaching permitted.
  • Please do not drop weights.
  • Selfies are welcome, but photos or recordings of other guests without their consent are not.
