What makes Vivo unique?


Creating a different approach to recreation program design and delivery requires a new type of program instructor. As a result, we developed the Vivo Instructor Training Program with a focus on children’s developmental characteristics including physical literacy, social connection and personal growth. Instructors learn to evaluate a child’s progress through ongoing mentorship, reflective learning and applying knowledge-to-action. We aim to increase physical activity and social connection levels across all of our programs by 10%.


To ensure an easy online registration, please use Google or Chrome browsers.

With our online registration system you are able to:

  • create an account and self-register
  • cancel or reschedule their bookings online
  • make online payments
  • print receipts
  • see full statements
  • view suggested information with drop-in class links
  • search across multiple activities to most efficiently find required services
  • view status of affiliated members or students (for instance a parent can view their children’s progress on swimming lessons)

Vivo Members save 15% off registered programs. Not a member? Don’t worry you can still save. Sign up for your membership and then register for your programs to apply the discount.

Registration instructions

Members: Log-in using the PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER’S email address.

Once logged in, please verify that all of your account information is correct – all family members are listed, address and phone number are correct, etc.

If you can’t log-in, use the reset my password link and follow the instructions.

Non-Members: if you haven’t created an account, please create a NEW account and ensure you have added all family members.

Once you’re in your Legend account, you can register and pay for your registered programs. You can browse registered classes without having an account.

  • A $30 withdrawal fee is charged per registrant /per program. Request for course cancellations or refunds must be received 7-3 days prior to the start date of the program.


  • Registrants can transfer to a different program based on program availability and subject to the cost difference between programs.


  • Withdrawals for medical reasons require a doctor’s note. That note must be provided within 2 weeks of the date of the withdrawal or an administration fee will be charged. Withdrawal requests received after the program start date are subject to a pro-rated refund from the date of notification.


  • If you miss a class, Vivo will not offer a make-up class and will not issue a credit.
  • If Vivo cancels a single class (ex. from pool contamination), a credit for that class will be applied to your account to be used for future Vivo experiences!
