Programs Details

Our professional fitness trainers use encouragement to guide and support you through functional lifts like Bench Press, Front Squat, Deadlift, and Back Squat. These essential exercises will help you build lasting, functional strength that enhances your life!

Key Dates: 

  • Start – Week of September 22nd
  • Midway Check In – Week of October 27th
  • Final Check In – Week of November 24th

  • 10 Weeks of Personal Training: Choose from 1-on-1, groups of 2-3, or groups of 4.
  • Custom Programming: Personalized workouts tailored to achieve your goals.

Why are we focusing on these specific lifts?

These core lifts—Bench Press, Front Squat, Deadlift, and Back Squat—are fundamental movements that translate to everyday life. They help build functional strength, making daily tasks easier and improving overall well-being.

 

Why is progress measured by improvement rather than total weight lifted?

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone, regardless of their starting point, can celebrate their personal growth. Measuring progress ensures that participants of all experience levels have a fair chance to succeed.

 

What about participants who are already experienced lifters?

Even seasoned lifters can benefit from this challenge. Our trainers will provide advanced techniques to help break through plateaus and achieve new personal bests.

 

Who is eligible to participate?

Anyone aged 12 and above is welcome to join! Participants between the ages of 12-17 will need to complete an assessment before entering the challenge to ensure safety and readiness.

 

Why is there only one session per week for 1-on-1 training?

This approach allows for focused, dedicated instruction during each session. It also gives participants time to practice and refine their techniques independently, ensuring steady and meaningful progress.
