Grateful for a Great Fall

We are grateful to have a community that shares, co-creates and plays together! All summer long you played, played, played – this fall is all about keeping up the good vibes from the summer and bringing that spontaneous play into the great fall!

Raising healthier generations comes down to spending time outside, playing every change you get and making special connections with those around us. It’s no small mission but it’s one that we take on with excitement, inspiration and of course, all while having fun.

Dear Community, You Spoke, We Listened!

Sometimes the best play is the kind that comes in the form of unplanned and spontaneous moments. That means more drop-in time and less registered programs. We have increased unstructured opportunities to meet your desire. You told us you’d like more time to play, together, and apart, without so much structure. We want to do our best to support you and your healthy living journey.

Here’s What’s New for Families!

  • Swimming Skill Builder: (Drop-In Instructor Available) Have some fun in the pool while improving your technique. Instructors are there to provide tips and tricks as well as level assessments

  • Dance Skill Builder & Play: Whether you’re breaking a sweat together during one our highlighted dance experiences or bouncing around in the bouncy house, you can be in one place having fun together

  • Come play under the tree! Vivo’s Main Street comes alive with forts, crafts, adventure and play. Our Play Lab Experts invite you to join them on Main Street. Now that’s what we call a family tree!

For Adults!

  • Fitness Leadership: Let our fitness leaders guide you in the fitness center. Feel confident using the equipment and learn how to safely execute any exercise.

  • Bootcamp & Beers: Let’s wrap up our outdoor season with a super fun workout taught by multiple instructors. After crushing the workout, enjoy beers and s’mores around a campfire.

These are all drop-in experiences as well, so bring your friends and family along!

The list of perk’s doesn’t end here!

On another note...

The Good Food Box is back for September!

Skip the grocery store and purchase a Good Food Box instead. Available to everyone, the Good Food Box is an excellent way to access fresh fruits and vegetables with ease.

Every month the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary buys top quality produce directly from farmers and wholesale stores to make the Good Food Box.

What’s in the Good Food Box? Well that’s part of the fun!

Each box contains the same mixture of produce (adjusted for weight) but the contents change with each delivery. Give you and your family the opportunity to try – and test new foods!
