A is for Active at Little Kids Active Learners Preschool

Preschoolers don’t sit still - so we don’t make them! Our Little Kids, Active Learners exercise body and mind through arts, crafts, stories and music. The bonus: daily facility usage for channelling energy into new activities like swimming, active gym times and outdoor time.

Your child experiences learning through play and movement - no seats required.

Little Kids Active Learners is a licensed preschool program offering classes for children three to five years of age. Teachers provide a nurturing, holistic learning environment, working closely with you and sharing in all of the triumphs and challenges that come along with raising the next generation.

Physical Education First

Your children learn the benefit of being healthy and active early, discovering effective outlets to burn energy and return to other tasks feeling clear, with the ability to focus. Preschoolers are full of energy - being able to head to the gym, or outside, is one of the biggest benefits of our location. There is indoor and outdoor space for all kinds of adventures.

Our teachers are advocates for physical health, creativity and learning, They know that your children are often out of the home and on their own for the first time - and they don’t take that lightly. With love, care and intentional play-based learning, teachers witness kids learning to let their individuality shine as they work through trials and grow confidently throughout the school year.

Students learn to recognize emotions in themselves and in others in a safe, encouraging environment fostering free play. Little Kids, Active Learners helps your little ones take strong steps into the world - even if they are little - priming them in discovery and building strong communication skills.

“We are removing obstacles and unconscious stressors,” teacher Monica Ryan says of the program open to 3-5 year olds - “They enter elementary school more relaxed and at ease ready to focus on important academics.”

There is no substitute for guided discovery when it comes to learning. Our active living preschool provides a safe, nurturing environment where children exercise body and mind through exploration of arts and crafts, stories and music, with the unique facility bonus of regular swimming and gym time. Our play-based, hands-on approach to education yields remarkable results for happy, active-for-life children.
