Shuttling Things Around to Serve You Better!

Did you know that both Badminton and Ping Pong made the Participaction 150 Play List? Canada LOVES Badminton and Ping Pong! We want to give you more chances to play.

On April 1st we are moving to a first-come, first-served, in-person sign up for badminton – very similar to our cardio sign up system in the Fitness Centre! The last day for online bookings will be March 31st.

Here’s how the sign up works:

  • Sign-up must be in person
  • Court bookings will last 45 minutes
  • Back-to-back playing will not be allowed, unless no one else is wanting to play

Working on your skills or just learning? Keep an eye on our Drop-In Schedule for times when our Badminton Coach will be onsite to help you hone your skills.

If you play with a Badminton club please contact Kimi Voegelin 403 567 4475 for information on booking up to 6 courts for your club to play, or host tournaments.

Is Ping Pong Your Thing? We have three dedicated Ping Pong tables in the yellow gym where you can work on your game.

No racquet? No problem! We have badminton racquets, birdies, ping pong paddles and balls for you to borrow, free of charge.

Cross badminton and ping pong off your 150 Play List with a smash!
