Vivo is moving to a digital swim report card system called Swimgen. This software allows for easy access to your swimming report cards and progress – making life easier for you! All of your swim history with Vivo will now be tracked here – making registration even simpler and helping our team ensure you are in the correct level. Ribbons for swim levels can still be requested if your swimmer has passed their level and you are collecting those. Be sure to ask our Aquatics Team if you are hoping for a ribbon.
Accessing your Swimgen account is simple!
Head to Swimgen and enter your child’s six-digit barcode account number. Account barcodes can be found:
- on your child’s Vivo Membership/Access card (underneath the barcode) or;
- by logging into your online account, selecting the upper lefthand menu, and then choosing “my barcodes”.
With this switch to digital you and Vivo will be able to:
- Track every lesson you take with Vivo
- Access Vivo swim report card history at any time – no more lost cards!
- Access your Vivo report card on any device
- Allow Member Services Team and Swim Instructors to assist with accessing Vivo report cards
