Thank you for your valuable feedback as we finished enhancing our court sports booking process. We’re excited to announce that booking can now be made online via Vivo’s Guest Portal.
Additionally members can also make a booking by phone (403-532-1013) or in-person with our Guest Service team.
Bookings will be available starting every SATURDAY at 7:00 am for the upcoming week (Sun-Sat).
Please note the booking limit is 1.5 hours per sport block per account, not per person. To ensure fairness, please avoid overbooking as we will be auditing all reservations. Excessive bookings may result in a reduction of court time.
