MIIT-Construct: Strength-Based Class

This workout will be full body, but may have an emphasis on one particular part of the body on a certain day. This workout will utilize all types of equipment, including dumbbells, BOSU balls, kettlebells, resistance bands etc.

Mondays @ 6:00-6:45AM
Tuesdays @ 5:30-6:15PM
Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:30AM
Thursdays @ 6:00-6:45AM
Fridays @ 5:30-6:15PM
