Help Grow Our Community & Be Rewarded!

When you refer a friend to Vivo and they sign up for a new membership, you will receive a reward! Earn a two-week extension to your membership or the equivalent with a skipped payment for continuous members, once your friend becomes a Vivo Member.

Note: The referral form must be submitted before or on the new membership’s start date.

Terms & Conditions

Referral forms must be submitted at the time of or prior to the start date of the new membership.
Vivo will not honour referral forms submitted once the new membership start date has passed.
For each new referral, the referring account will receive either a 2-week extension (maximum 12 weeks for annual memberships) or a waived payment (maximum 6 payments for continuous memberships).
The referred account must not have had an active membership in the past 6 months.
The $75 Set Up Fee is applicable to all new memberships.
All previous balances must be cleared before any new memberships can be activated.
Referrals must meet all eligibility criteria, and this program is not applicable to admissions, short-term passes, promotions, or subsidized memberships.
All general membership rules apply.
For continuous memberships, the first payment after the four-month commitment will be waived.
