Use the portal to:
- Sign up for registered programs like summer camps and swimming lessons
- Reserve meeting rooms, arenas, courts and other spaces
- Update your personal and payment information
- Add family members to your account
- Access your account from your phone, tablet, or computer
New to the Portal?
If you are an existing Vivo Member or have visited us before:
- Go to the portal
- Go to Login/Create Profile
- Click Reset Password
- Enter your email address (please use the same email you used to log into the old system)
- Follow the instructions to reset password
If you are brand new:
- Go to the portal
- Go to Create Account
- Fill in the required information
