We’ve introduced a new membership structure designed to better fit the way you live, move, and connect today. With more flexibility and more choice, it’s easier than ever to build a membership that works for you.

If you’re currently on a household membership, there’s no need to worry — your membership won’t change overnight.
Between July 13 and September 30, our team will work with you to help transition to the new Connect Membership and answer any questions along the way.

What’s Changing?

We’re replacing our previous household membership with a more flexible Connect Membership structure.
Beginning July 13, 2026:
- New members will join the new Connect Membership
- The previous household membership option will no longer be available
- Current household members will have until September 30, 2026, to transition to the new Connect Membership
After September 30, the old household membership will officially retire.

Over time, we heard from our community that our previous membership model no longer reflected how people live today. Families grow, shift, and change — and we wanted your membership to do the same.
Our new Connect Membership gives you the freedom to:
- Connect family members as you need (maximum two adults 26+)
- Only pay for the people included in your membership
- Adjust your membership as your family changes
- Continue enjoying full access to the spaces and experiences you love at Vivo

Continuous Memberships are charged monthly, with a three-month minimum commitment.
Note: A Set Up Fee of $75 applies to all NEW memberships. All rates include GST, except for child and youth rates, where GST does not apply.

The Main Membership member will always be the Adult (26+) except in cases where there is not a member in that category. In that case the Senior or Young Adult, then Teen, then Youth will be assigned as the Main Member in that order depending on active memberships.

10x Passes are valid for 2 years. Individuals may only have one 10x pass active at a time.
Note: The minimum age to access Vivo alone is 10 years of age. An additional adult guest admission is required for supervision of guests 9 and under.
