I have been involved in the fitness space for well over 5 years now. I was a Journeymen Welder, then aspired to be a Firefighter. After some self-reflection I decided becoming a trainer was a better way for me to help people.

I've been working at Vivo in Fitness and Guest Services since summer of 2018, but I've been coming to Vivo as a member/patron for over 8 years. I have been an avid gym-goer for 6 years and a casual powerlifter since 2017.

Physical fitness became an important part of my life in high school. I loved attending classes at my local gym with my mom. These classes inspired me to become a fitness instructor and have been teaching for over 28 years!
