Cardio & strength-based class

Not unlike your traditional HIIT workout (45 seconds of work to 10-15 seconds of rest alternating between strength and cardio movements), but the fun part is the instructor has the autonomy to choose their own exercises and equipment to use for each workout.

Location: Climbing Wall unless otherwise noted

Sundays @ 9:30-10:30AM
Mondays @ 5:30-6:15PM
Wednesdays @ 6:00-6:45AM
Thursdays @ 5:30-6:15PM (at Mid-Ramp)
Saturdays @ 9:30-10:30AM

How to sign up:

Create your guest portal online and check in at the front desk 10-15 min prior to class start time.


Drop-in classes are free for Vivo membership holders or $18 per adult drop-in.
