Group Fitness

 Vivo Members can still access online and on-demand group fitness classes through your My Wellness App.

Pre-registered for your spots, save is limited.

All drop-in activities can be booked by members on mywellness 3 days in advance. Only one activity per day can be pre-booked, but guests may drop-in to another activity as long as space permits. This can be done at Guest Services or at the Fitness Desk by the Lifestyle Fitness Consultant. 

Non-members may drop-in or attend Group Fitness class but cannot pre-book their spot on their own. They can check availability on the mywellness app or by calling Guest Services up to 24 hours in advance.
