Sports Performance
Designed for anyone under the age of 18 who would like to hone their skills in specific sports, allowing them to train better, move faster, and get stronger. October 15 – December 17 Every Sunday from 8:00 – 9:00 AM
This class is designed for intermediate to advanced athletes who are well versed in all different lifting techniques (olympic and power). Format of the class will start each class with a strength portion consisting of barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell work, followed by a cardio / strength workout in the form of a WOD / EMOM or AMRAP
October 16 – December 18 Every Monday from 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Prenatal Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth, and Mothering. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as concentration and breath control, invaluable tools during labor and birth. Prenatal yoga class is a wonderful opportunity for pregnant women to connect and celebrate their changing bodies and growing babies. This class is appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed.
October 17 – December 19 Every Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Yoga, strength, stretching with emphasis on areas of concern for participants. Areas of concern can be targeted or general based on registered participants needs and wants.
10 Week Program October 17 – December 19 Every Tuesday from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Program designed to spark the love for running, improve running form, cadence and performance and/or fit some cardio and core into the participants schedule.
October 15 – December 17 Every Sunday from 8:00 – 9:00 AM
A program designed to introduce any individual who wishes to take their training to the next level. This class is desgiend for anyone who would like to learn how to incorporate kettlebells into the training. Learn proper technique swings (high tension, high volume) , cleans, presses, snatches, turkish getups, windmills and many more. Learn how to create your own kettlebell flows and use your newfound techniques in both strength and cardio training.
October 16 – December 18 Every Monday from 5:00 – 6:00 PM
