Vivo Inclusive Playground

Vivo, in partnership with The City of Calgary, Parks Foundation, Creating Coventry, and the North Calgary Cultural Association (NCCA), offers a fully fenced inclusive playground in Country Hills Village.

Located just outside Vivo, this inclusive playground lets kids of all abilities play together. Its universal design and special features, like an inclusive swing set, make it easy for children in wheelchairs to join in.

Key features include:

• Play equipment for children of all abilities, ages 2-12
• Equipment from Little Tikes Commercial, designed for inclusivity
• Fun items like the Together Glider, Quiet Grove, ADA Ladybug, Gear Panel, Roller Slide, Surface Spinner, and Inclusive Swing Seat
• A coloured pathway for a visual safe zone and track for children to play on
• Accessible gathering space with tables, benches, shelter, and a BBQ
