Leisure Pool
Vivo’s Leisure Pool is a space for play, relaxation, and connection. Enjoy warmer waters – perfect for rehabilitative exercise and added comfort for your littlest swimmers!
With interactive water features, graduated entry points, and dedicated swim and play areas, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in this accessible space.

Lane Pool
Vivo’s Lane Pool is perfect for fitness, training, and play. With six 25m lanes, a wheelchair ramp, and graduated stair access, it’s designed for swimmers of all stages and abilities.
The lane pool also features an aquatic zipline, basketball net, and varying depths, making it the perfect place for swimmers to stay active, improve skills, and engaged in the water.

Hot Tub
Relax and unwind in Vivo’s warm and inviting hot tub, designed to soothe sore muscles and melt away stress.

Sauna
Step into the dry heat of the sauna and enjoy its rejuvenating benefits. The warmth helps improve circulation, release muscle tension, and support overall well-being in a peaceful, calming space.

Steam Room
Breathe deep in the steam room and enjoy the refreshing, moisture-rich air. The gentle heat helps open airways, hydrate the skin, and promote relaxation.

Vapor Fire Pit
Find your moment of calm beside the vapor fire pit in Vivo’s aquatic centre—a cozy, modern space where warmth and water meet.

With plenty of seating and clear sightlines, our spacious viewing areas are the perfect place to watch swim lessons, lane swimming, and aquatic programs.

Poolside Classroom
Connected to the Aquatic Centre, the Connection Commons is perfect for swim training and certifications.

Vivo Policies
Please read Vivo’s Policies and Standards of Conduct prior to using the facility.
Please do not use the Aquatic Centre facilities if you:
- Have experienced diarrhea within the past 2 weeks.
- Have an infectious skin disease, sores and/or open wounds.
- Are intoxicated or impaired.
Aquatic Centre Standards of Conduct
- Children under 8 years old must be within arm’s reach of a guardian at all times.
- Children 8-9 years old must have a guardian supervising them within the aquatics area at all times.
- Children 10+ may access the aquatics area independently, subject to swim test outcomes, area restrictions, and lifeguard discretion.
- Guardians must be at least 16 years old and may supervise a maximum of 3 children under 10 years old at one time.
- Children under 3 years old and any incontinent bathers must wear swim diapers and waterproof plastic pants.
- Lifeguards reserve the right to ask anyone entering into deep water to wear a lifejacket or perform a swim test.
- Appropriate swim attire required. No outdoor wear or undergarments.
- No strollers. No outdoor street shoes.
- No rough play or offensive language/behaviour. Vivo has zero tolerance for violence, abuse or harassment.
- No urinating in or fouling of the pool.
- No diving.
- No breath-holding or prolonged underwater swimming.

- Flotation devices are not permitted in the hot tub.

- Use of the hot tub by children under the age of 6 is not recommended.
- Keep loose hair, clothing, and jewelry away from underwater jets.
- Maximum stay of 10 minutes.
If you feel dizziness, fatigue, headache or nausea, leave the sauna immediately and notify the nearest staff member.
- Get permission from your doctor, if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are 65 years old or older.

Note: The Change Room Standards of Conduct listed above also apply to the Universal Change Rooms.
