  • Weekdays: 5:30 am – 12:30 pm then 5:00pm to 10:00 pm 
  • Weekends: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm 
  • Statutory Holidays: CLOSED

Effective August 1, 2021. Our hours will be:

  • Weekdays: 5:30 am – 10:00 pm
  • Weekends: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm

Wearing face masks at all times will continue to be mandated while using Vivo’s facilities.

The implementation of this policy means that Vivo will continue to operate with and enforce, proven protocols that are known to be effective for reducing the transmission of the virus such as social distancing, masking, and healthy hygiene habits like handwashing and sanitizing.

There are only a few exceptions and times when members and the community do not need a mask. Exceptions to wearing a face mask are as follows:

  • Aquatics and showers, but not locker rooms
  • Those 9 years old and under who need assistance with helmets
  • Any child requiring assistance to take mask on or off
  • Panther Sports Medicine customers
  • Those indicating and providing proof of medical exemption
  • Those participating in identified areas of high-intensity workouts within Fitness, Gyms and the Arenas

High-Intensity Cardio is permitted when volumes of members in space are well below capacity. This is at the discretion of the Leader of the area. If someone is doing high-intensity cardio, a minimum of 3.5 m around the individual must be maintained. Currently, all Group Fitness Classes will be offered outside to ensure member and employee safety and comfort.

 

Note– Vivo employees have the right to invoke our Zero Tolerance Policy and ask you to leave the centre immediately or suspend your access to facility areas, programs and services for demonstrating poor behaviours or not following policies and protocols that have been put into place.

It’s almost time to welcome you back through the doors of Vivo starting on July 5th.

We will have a phased reopening with more and more experiences returning as we enter and meet the requirements set out by the Alberta Government, with the ultimate goal of having you come back to Vivo! We are excited for you to tell your friends and family to ‘Meet Me At Vivo” again!  

Your health and safety are our highest priority! As such Vivo’s masking requirements, capacities and advanced fitness zone signup will remain in effect until further notice.

  • Preschool Registration for 2021/2022 is open. Enrol now.  

WHAT’S CLOSED: 

  • Summer Camps will not resume this year
  • Tot Pools and Stream rooms will remain closed until further notice.
  • Washrooms are temporarily unavailable for the general public but open for Vivo guests.
  • ATM is temporarily unavailable at this time.

WAYS TO ACCESS VIVO

    • The West Entrance will be the main entrance for
      fitness, group fitness, pool and the gym.
    • The East Entrance will be the entrance for  Panther Sports Medicine Clinic.

Members we have a special update for you! 

For current members:

  • The month of July is complimentary for those reactivating their memberships 
  • Prepaid memberships and term passes will be extended by the amount of time they were on hold 
  • 10x passes expiration has been extended until December 31, 2021
  • Members are encouraged to fill out a form below to indicate their preference of resuming or continuing on hold
  • Guest services will follow-up with members who don’t fill out the form 

New Memberships  

  • Memberships are being reduced to Continuous and Drop-in only, pricing will remain the same  
  • Existing memberships will be honoured as is

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?

WHERE DO I ENTER?

West Entrance (upstairs) for fitness, group fitness, pool and gym. East Entrance is for Panther Sports Medicine and Arena Access only.

HOW DO I BOOK?

Members can pre-book their spot on the “mywellness” app. Non-members can view availability on “mywellness” app but can only drop-in as space permits and must pay for their spot in-person.

WHEN ARE SWIMMING AND SKATING PROGRAMS RESUMING?

Swimming and skating lessons will resume in September 2021. Registration will begin on August 17, 2021 at 8am. Classes will be visible online 2 weeks before (August 3). We are not able to offer priority registration for classes that were cancelled but all accounts have been credited for the cancelled classes and can be used during online registration.
