Drop-In Fitness Classes

Our drop-in fitness programs have something for everyone. Looking to get your sweat on? Want to find your focus with a relaxing yoga practice? Whatever stage of your fitness journey you are in, our qualified instructors are here to ensure you have a safe and fun experience.

Current fitness programs reflect modified programming in our current spaces.

How it works:

  1. Become a member with a pre-paid annual pass (your best value!), buy a monthly, 10x pass, or pay for a single-day admission on arrival.
  2. Choose your class from the list below. Currently all classes are on a drop-in, first-come, first-served basis. Check in with guest services on arrival to secure your spot!
  3. Once you check in and enter through the gate, you will be provided with a drop-in card and directed you to your respective class.
  4. Give your drop-in card to your instructor for entry into the class.

Please note, all cards for drop-in fitness are now available at the guest services desk.

What’s New and Coming Soon

Summit Cycling- NOW OPEN!

Take your traditional cycle class to new heights! In this 45 or 60 minute class expect to get a good sweat on, all while listening to some great tunes. This class will showcase a floor to ceiling projector which can showcase each individuals stats, cycling videos, music videos and a combination of those. The Technogym “mywellness” app is an excellent option to download prior to coming to class!


BollyX -Coming Soon

A Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India.


Group Power – Coming Soon

Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, a step, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching.
