As a Vivo Ambassador, here are some of the things you will do:
Member Experience
- Welcome members, guests, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Create moments of belonging through positive, authentic interactions.
- Assist guests with navigating the facility, programs, and services.
- Recognize opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
Community Engagement
- Represent Vivo at community events, outreach initiatives, and partner activities.
- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and local partners.
- Encourage participation in Vivo programs, events, and community initiatives.
- Act as a positive ambassador for Vivo’s mission and values.
Event Support
- Support the planning and delivery of community events and special activations.
- Welcome and engage participants during events.
- Assist with event on-site guest support.
- Help create memorable experiences that encourage repeat participation.
Relationship Building
- Foster meaningful connections with members, guests, volunteers, and community partners.
- Gather feedback and share guest stories to support continuous improvement.
