More about Darrin: Darrin's training philosophy is that a strong foundation is the key to living a high quality life. His style of training is to work with what each individual body can; creating the appropriate program for each individual based on their goals, limitations, and needs. He takes a very technical and methodical approach to training; making sure that you feel it where you are supposed to feel it, are safe, and exercising without pain. He believes that building strength and body awareness in the gym translates to being able to do all of the things you want to do with those who you love. Darrins favourite ways to be active are working out and playing sports including basketball, hockey, and swimming.

More about Garner: Garner is passionate about healthy living and has been the owner/operator of Beddington Muscle Therapy since 1993. He believes that living a more active lifestyle is for everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to gain a competitive edge. In his free time Garner is as active as possible. Recently he competed in the RAW Powerlifting Provincials, nationals, and worlds winning gold at all 3 events. Garner also competes in triathlons, half marathons, and octathlons.

As a former hockey and handball player and current rehabilitation specialist, he is able to customize training programs for all levels of fitness. Whether it's agility training or injury rehabilitation, Jay has experience working with a variety of clients. Jay also brings experience working with seniors.
