Ice Rinks

Vivo offers two NHL-sized arenas for year-round skate and game play opportunities. Join us at scheduled drop-in times for a game of non-contact shinny or enjoy a leisurely skate with the family. Adult Shinny spots can be reserved online.

Welcome to the Vivo arenas

Here is a handy guide to make sure you have fun and are safe on the ice. 


• Payment is required before entering the arena – Ice Marshals may request to see your hand stamp for verification
• Ice skates are required on the ice at all times, no shoes or boots permitted
• Protect yourself from injuries. Helmets are required for all children under the age of 16 and strongly recommend for adults
• For safety reasons we do not allow figure skating practice - jumps, routine practice, etc. during public skate time
• For the safety of all participants please keep chairs, strollers and wagons off the ice
• Use of sticks, balls and pucks are not permitted
• For your safety, please follow directions given by the Ice Marshal. We like to switch it up! Ice Marshall will be monitoring the direction of the skate and will change it on an interval of 25 minutes.  

• Children under the age of 9 years old must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 14 years on the ice at all times. Exception for skaters that are Vivo Skate Level 3 or higher
No customers are allowed to stay on ice after drop-in is over.

• Maximum of 24 players and two goalies
• Players spots of 20 and 2 goalie spots can be reserved online 7 days advance. The remaining spots are on a first come first serve basis and become available 30 minutes before the game
• All players and goalies require full equipment

• The program is designed for children 6-12 years with adult participation
• Children must be accompanied by an adult on the ice at all times while on ice
• All players and goalies require full equipment
• Maximum of two children per adult
• No customers are allowed to stay on ice after drop-in is over.

• The program is designed for children 13-17 years
• All players and goalies require full equipment 

Skate sharpening and repairs and other skate related services are provided in our arenas by Skate Doctor. 

They offer the following services:

• Skate sharpening
• Skate and equipment repair and modification
• Authorized dealer for VH Footwear custom skates
• Tape, equipment and accessories
• Custom jerseys, shells, socks and apparel
• Skate alignment and custom blade profiling
• Heat fits (skate baking), skate stretching and boot punching
• Team/Association/League/Tournament services
• Mobile services available

NOTE: Skate Doctor does not offer rental of skates, helmets or protective equipment.

Terms & Conditions

All stories submitted will be indefinitely eligible to be featured in Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association’s print (trade and non-trade), online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association publications.

All entries, along with publications and reproduction rights, become the property of Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association. Vivo will not provide notice to the writer of any stories submitted prior to re-producing or re-publishing the story in any print, online and video-based marketing materials. Vivo and/or Nose Creek Sports and Recreation Association reserves the right to use the entries in the future, indefinitely.

The author must provide an original story written by the author and will indemnify Vivo against any actions, proceedings, claims, demands or litigation brought against the Vivo for the use of the story. The author is the legal representative or has received a testimonial release for all names mentioned in the story. They herby grant Vivo permission to use and publish their story with mentioned names as they appear in the submission, including their minor child and/or children and other immediate family and their likeness. Vivo reserves the right to edit or refuse publication of any story based on inappropriate language or content and will not provide notice before doing so.
