1:1 Personal Training

Guided one-on-one sessions with a fitness professional. Sessions are usually 60 minutes and include three main sections; a warm-up, guided exercises and a cool down. Sessions are pre-booked and are specific to each client’s goals and conditions.

5 Sessions1 fitness and movement assessment followed by 4 personalized sessions with a fitness professional. Session types, tempo, intensity and difficulty are designed around your fitness goals and initial consultation.$550
